This website is provided to help you learn about Green Empire Landscaping, request quotes, schedule services, and contact us. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use of the site, and to provide information that is accurate and current. You are responsible for activity under the contact details you submit.
2. Our Services
Green Empire Landscaping provides landscaping, lawn-care, and related outdoor services. The services included in any job are those described in your written quote, estimate, proposal, or service agreement. Descriptions of services on this website are general and are not a promise that a particular service is available at your property or on a particular date.
3. Estimates and Quotes
Prices shown by our online quote tools and estimates given before we have seen your property are good-faith estimates based on the information you give us (for example, property size and amount of debris). They are not a binding offer. The final price is the price in the written quote or proposal you accept, and may change if the work turns out to differ from what was described, for example because of the size, condition, or access of the property, or additional debris. We will tell you about a change in price before doing the additional work.
4. Scheduling, Weather, and Access
Scheduled dates and times are estimates. Weather, ground conditions, equipment issues, and other circumstances outside our control may require us to reschedule, and we will contact you when that happens. You agree to give our crew safe access to the work area on the scheduled day, including unlocking gates and securing pets.
5. Your Responsibilities
You agree to: (a) give us accurate information about the property and the work you want; (b) tell us about anything that could be damaged or cause a hazard, such as irrigation lines, sprinkler heads, drainage, invisible fences, low-voltage lighting, septic components, and other buried or hidden items; (c) confirm that you own the property or have the owner's permission to have the work done; and (d) remove or tell us about valuable or fragile items in the work area. Underground public utilities can be located free by calling 811 before any digging project.
6. Payment
You agree to pay for the services as stated in your accepted quote, proposal, or invoice, by the due date shown on it. Payment methods and any late fees or deposits are those stated in your quote, invoice, or service agreement. We do not collect payment card numbers through the forms on this website.
7. Cancellations and Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule a service by contacting us at (469) 645-0400 or [email protected]. Any notice period, deposit, or cancellation fee is the one stated in your quote or service agreement. Please give us as much notice as you can.
8. Our Work, Guarantees, and Claims
We perform our services in a professional manner. Plants, sod, and other living materials are affected by weather, watering, and care after installation, so we do not guarantee that they will survive unless a guarantee is stated in your written quote or agreement. If you are unhappy with the work or believe property was damaged, please tell us promptly, in writing where possible, with photos if you have them, so we can inspect it and make it right.
9. Communications: Calls, Text Messages, and Email
Consent. By submitting your contact information, you agree that we may contact you about your inquiry by phone and email. Text messages are sent only if you separately opt in. Consent to non-marketing communications and consent to marketing communications are separate, and neither is a condition of purchasing any service. You can use this website and request a quote without agreeing to text messages.
SMS Program Terms
- Program name: Green Empire Landscaping Text Messaging.
- Non-marketing messages (if you opt in): quote requests and estimates, availability and scheduling, appointment confirmations and reminders, service updates (including weather-related changes), invoices and payment reminders, and other service-related communications.
- Marketing messages (only if you separately opt in): seasonal offers, discounts, and promotions. Marketing messages may be sent using automated technology.
- How to opt in: by checking the separate, unchecked box next to the phone number on our forms and booking widgets. You can opt in to non-marketing messages without opting in to marketing messages.
- Automated technology: messages may be sent using automated technology.
- Frequency: message frequency varies.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply. For questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
- Opt out: reply STOP at any time to cancel. STOP cancels all messages from this program. You will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive messages; to rejoin, you must opt in again.

- Same number: you can opt in, opt out, and get help using the same number we text you from.

If you submit a form or booking with a phone number, we may call that number about your inquiry. To ask us not to call, tell the caller, call (469) 645-0400, or email [email protected]. Calls may be recorded and transcribed as described in our Privacy & Cookie Policy.
We send transactional email (such as quotes, scheduling details, and invoices) and, where you have agreed, marketing email. Marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
Revoking consent
You may revoke consent at any time by any reasonable method, including replying STOP, replying to a message, emailing [email protected], or calling (469) 645-0400. We will honor your request.
10. Automated Assistants (AI Chat)
Any chat assistant on our website is automated and uses artificial intelligence. It may be inaccurate or incomplete, and it cannot make binding commitments about pricing, availability, or the scope of work; only a written quote or agreement, or a written statement from our team, can.
