Green Empire Landscaping – Referral Program Terms & Conditions

 

Effective Date: October 2025

At Green Empire Landscaping, we value our loyal clients and partners. Our Referral Program is designed to reward those who help us build new, long-term relationships with property owners and managers.

 

1. Eligibility

  • The program is open to all current and past Green Empire clients, partners, and associates (“Referrers”).
  • Referrals must be new clients who have not previously contacted or received a proposal from Green Empire Landscaping.

2. Referral Reward

  • For every successful referral, the Referrer will receive a $500 reward paid via Zelle.
  • A “successful referral” is defined as:
    • A referred client who signs a 12-month landscaping service contract with Green Empire Landscaping; and
    • Completes one full month of active service under that agreement.

 

3. Payment Terms

  • The $500 reward will be issued via Zelle within 30 days after:
    • The referred client completes their first month of service, and
    • Green Empire has received full payment for that month.

 

4. Referral Submission Process

To qualify for the program, all referrals must be submitted through the official Green Empire Referral Submission Form.

Here’s how it works:

  1. Request the official Referral Submission Form from your Green Empire representative or download it from our website.
  2. Complete all required fields, including the referred client’s full name, company name, phone number, and email address.
  3. Submit the completed form directly to your Green Empire contact or at our main office.
  4. Follow up with Green Empire to confirm the status of your referral and ensure all conditions are met.

Referrals submitted by text, email, or other methods will not qualify.

 

5. Limitations

  • There is no limit to how many referrals you can make.
  • Only one referrer can be credited per new client — the first submission received will be honored.
  • Referrals from Green Empire employees or their immediate family members are not eligible.
  • The referred client must sign a 12-month landscaping service contract to qualify.

 

6. Program Updates

  • Before submitting any referral, please confirm with Green Empire that the Referral Program is still active.
  • Green Empire reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the program at any time, with or without notice.

 

7. Agreement

By participating, the Referrer agrees to these Terms & Conditions and acknowledges that Green Empire Landscaping’s decisions are final in all matters related to this program.
