We show up with a trailer-mounted vacuum system, blow and vacuum every leaf off your lawn and beds, and haul the whole load away the same day. You don't touch a bag, a rake, or a pile. When we leave, your yard is clean — no debris left on the property.

Completely one-time — no contract, no recurring charge, no commitment. You book the cleanup, we do the work, done. That said, a lot of our cleanup clients end up asking us about regular lawn maintenance once they see how we operate. If you like what you see, we're happy to talk — but there's zero pressure.

Light — a normal seasonal leaf drop. The lawn is mostly visible, leaves are spread across the surface.

Heavy — the kind of accumulation that happens when you skip a week or two, or if you have large oaks that dump everything at once. Leaves are deep, layered, or covering ground cover and beds. If you're not sure, pick Heavy — it's better to overestimate than to have us show up underprepared.

The estimate is based on your measured lot size and debris level. It's a real bracket price — not a fake "starting from" number. The final confirmed price comes when our team contacts you after you fill out the form, in case there are site-specific details (gated access, steep grade, unusual tree coverage) that shift the job. Most of the time the estimate and the final price match exactly.

No — as long as we have access to the yard, you don't need to be there. We'll send a confirmation before we arrive and a notice when the job is complete. If your yard has a gate with a code or lock, just include that when we confirm your appointment.
